What We Do

• Professional Services: We provide comprehensive administrative, management and professional consultation services, to include Contract Management, Project Management Office (PMO), "strategic sourcing" of Engineering and Technical services and Business Process Improvement Consulting services.

• Strategic Sourcing:  Through the use of strategic partnerships and sub-contracts with well established firms, as well as hiring of highly qualified W-2 employees, we are able to facilitate a portfolio of engineering and technical services,  to include: Information Technology & Telecommunications Services, Architectural & Engineering Design-Build Services, Civil and Structural Engineering Services, Construction Support Services, Staffing Solutions and Staff Augmentation Services, and Healthcare new technology integration services.

• Qualified Personnel:  When surge capacity is required, our business partners can provide support in the form of individual resources and/or full project teams.

• Healthcare Consultancy:  We partner with healthcare providers to help integrate cutting edge and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and data informatics solutions to greatly improve claims processing, claims denial response, revenue cycle management and profitability.  This effort is in collaboration and partnership with a Value-Added Reseller of Sensa Services AI. • Management: Elevate Vets Consulting LLC is managed by veteran leadership with over 40 years of experience in client relations and project, technical, quality, risk, financial and personnel management. Leadership experience includes Level 2 Program Manager certification and expertise in new business development and managing complex, demanding projects for the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy and the aerospace industry. The Leadership Team also includes expertise in Healthcare Organizational Leadership, Facility Operations and Management, and Revenue Cycle Management.
